What is my dream?

In order to know what my dream is, we must first understand ourselves. This is for everyone who wishes to improve their lives or certain areas of their life. If you've been wondering why my life is so uninteresting, it could be because you don't have a clear goal or mission. Humans are naturally drawn to do good for others, and I believe it is our essence. Maybe you're just looking for some peace and feel like your life is a little crazy; let it be as easy as that to find serenity both around and within. Whatever you're looking for, I'm confident this will make your life easier. Simply try it out and enter with a curious mind.

In this series, we will complete exercises, challenge our thoughts, and explore everything about ourselves. We begin by discovering our past behaviors, then go on to the new future we want to create, and finally aspire to make our current lives more balanced and pleasant. So, get yourself a notebook or a stack of papers, and let us begin our new path toward clarity and peace.
